Edible Bouquets specializes in making Fresh Fruit Bouquets, Boxes and Platters of Chocolate covered fruit, and Sweet Bouquets and Hampers. All of our fruit bouquets are made to order from the freshest fruit and we have a wide range of fantastic products to choose from, something for everyone. All of our products are designed and made by hand with passion.

Please be aware that Edible Bouquet products can require the use of skewers or sticks to keep the fruit and sweets in place. Young children should be supervised at all times when consuming Edible Bouquet products, we cannot be held responsible for any safety issues which may occur from consumption of our products.

Please note that all Edible Bouquet products may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils. Edible Bouquets cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from any food allergies.

It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcoholic liquor if you are under the age of 18. If you order a hamper containing alcohol you and the recipient must be over the age of 18.

In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value.

While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, plates, glasses, boxes and other props shown in photographs may not be included in hamper unless specifically listed in the contents.

Delivery Policy

At Edible Bouquets we have spent a lot of time looking into the best way to package our products to send out by courier so they get to the customer in the best possible way. Once delivery is received please make sure Fruit products are refrigerated and for best results, consume on the day of delivery. If the Edible Bouquet has been refrigerated and looked after then it may last up to 24 hours longer, however, we cannot guarantee this.

Courier deliveries are available Tuesday to Saturday and for residential addresses, are between 8.00am and 6.00pm, although, at peak times deliveries may be completed between 7.00am and 8.00pm. We may be able to offer an upgrade to a pre 12pm or pre 10.30am delivery subject to availability and an additional charge. If you require an upgradede delivery option, please contact us via info@ediblebouquets.co.uk and we will be happy to help. Please note that these upgraded deliveries must be booked at least 3 working days before the delivery date.

For deliveries to a registered business address (not a residential address), these will be made between 9am and 5pm.

With limited delivery slots allocated per day, we advise ordering at least 5 days in advance where possible. All available delivery dates will be shown during the checkout process and the delivery date must be selected in order to move onto the next step

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery. In the event that there is no answer then the products will be left on the doorstep, with a neighbour or a safe place at the recipient’s property.

Notification and Tracking information is sent via the courier to the details input upon checkout.

Deliveries to businesses, councils, hospitals and hotel addresses will only be made to receptionists, post rooms, receiving or goods in bays.

Complaints & Refunds Policy

All complaints must be emailed to info@ediblebouquets.co.uk with photographs to show the issue within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Your order number will be required and the complaint must be logged by the person who placed the order.

Where a customer is unsatisfied with one of our products, a full investigation is undertaken. Once we have acknowledged we have received your complaint, we aim to respond with the outcome of our investigation within 5 working days.

If the quality of the product is deemed below acceptable, you will be offered a replacement or full refund.

If a complaint is regarding the delivery of the product via nationwide courier, this complaint will also be forwarded to our delivery company. Fruity Bouquets will replace the item or offer a voucher code which will be valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase. We are not able to provide a refund for delayed or damaged items caused by the delivery company.

Any complaint for a delayed delivery or delivery to an incorrect address and we have not been provided with the correct address details at the time of ordering, we cannot accept any responsibility for this. Orders that are delayed due to an incomplete or invalid address, will be sent out on our next available delivery date, once we have received the full and correct delivery address details. Please note that we will not compensate for any difference in shipping charge paid.

We source fresh produce and make all our items on the day of dispatch. We use a specialist overnight fully tracked courier service to ensure the items reach their destination in the best possible condition. We guarantee the freshness of our items for the day of dispatch and the following day. Once the delivery has been made, we advise the items should be consumed on the same day. Whilst they may last longer, if removed from the packaging and placed in a sealed container in the fridge, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the items past this time and cannot be held liable for any items not consumed within the advised period.

Edible Bouquets may amend its Complaints and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes to the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email and/or an announcement on the website.

We will be more than happy to replace any arrangement that has not met your quality expectations free of charge on the condition that we are contacted within 24 hours of delivery. Currency. all prices on ediblebouquets.co.uk are listed in British pounds (GBP).

Orders. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us. We will contact you for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your orders. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received or full payment details have been personally arranged with one of our staff and Edible Bouquets is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, Edible Bouquets is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order, product or service. Edible Bouquets reserves the right not to provide goods or services, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights. Containers used for our range of Edible bouquet products may vary according to availability. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion and dealt with on a case by case basis. We operate a strict non refundable purchase policy once an order has been processed. A credit voucher may be issued as a goodwill gesture in the event of a cancellation but only at the absolute discretion of the company.
